Clock-in records the time and the phone’s location, and checks it against your office. Late arrivals, notices and corrections all stay on the record.

Each company’s data is kept separate, access depends on role, passwords are stored hashed, sign-ins are rate-limited, and changing a password signs out other devices. The Security page has the detail.

Only the roles you allow. Pay, passports and similar records are closed to supervisors by default.
