Full Description
Our client, a well-established company in the construction and engineering industry, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior M&E Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical and electrical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all M&E works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with required standards. You will also coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and solid experience in handling M&E construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution
- Manage clients, consultants & key stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting, costing & financial performance
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams to ensure timely completion
Requirements
- •7–10 years of experience in M&E construction
- •Strong financial management & MS Project proficiency
- •Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
