You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide suitable education solutions, while growing your own professional network and income through a commission-based structure. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients (students or working professionals)
- Understand clients’ education goals and recommend suitable courses or training programs
- Provide consultation on available trainings, certifications, or upskilling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Follow up with leads and manage the full consultation process until enrolment
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Stay updated on education programs, market trends, and industry developments
Requirements
- •Malaysian
- •Good communication and interpersonal skills
- •Confident in speaking with clients and building relationships
- •Sales-driven and self-motivated
- •Able to work independently and manage own schedule
- •Basic knowledge of training programs is an advantage
- •Experience in sales, marketing, HR, or education industry is a plus (but not mandatory)

- Basic understanding of HRDC (HRD Corp) is a plus
